Hi folks -- trying to cope with our cyber-exile as best as we can, I guess....

I'm looking for a way to continue to post the Suspense upgrades...

Can someone tell me the last show I posted a few weeks ago so I know where to start again? I lost track...

Seemed to work flawlessly Greybelt. No ads popped up. It just downloaded. It was quick also. It only took about 20 seconds. Maybe I'll get an account there too! Thank you!

From what I can tell the downloads are going fine. There are some limits on the Box.com free account so i will have to manage what's stored, and how long individual files can be stored, etc. There's no way to really figure that out except by using the account. We'll see how it goes....

good morning, cobaltia! i've been looking at the download stats from box.com, and it appears that only 1/3 of our nation has joined us... are there other things we can do to find our disoriented brethren before start collecting knicknacks from QVC and HSN and back into our digital tribe where they rightly belong?

This is not a show post -- but an update on the entire set. The following programs have NEVER been upgraded in my 7 years of working on this series. It's hard to believe, but it's only 97 shows! So if you have any encodes other than OTRR set V2 that are nice sound, and preferably 128kps or higher, please let me know.

Anybody know how many I've missed out on between the above, and gb's first box.com offering above?

Eeek! I think you missed 34 files!

We might be running into our first problem with box.com despite our good intentions and the good experience so far. The limits on file size and number of files are very generous, but they have a limit on bandwidth used. With my 3 shows I'm only at 2% of my personal account size, but despite the few downloads compared to our dear departed RIT server, I'm already up to 20% of my monthly 10GB bandwidth! That won't last long, especially as some of our regulars start coming back. I'll still be on the lookout for services that can help us out. For occasional posts, it looks like this will work. But for high profile series that get posted daily and have a lot of interest, it may not work out. In the meantime, I'll post until the bandwidth limit is hit. A new month starts next Wednesday, so the meter will get re-set anyway.

I'll start uploading shows that DavidinBerkeley missed to Mediafire. I have limited upload speed so I shouldn't swamp anyone that need to grab these.

I've been having some problems with my OTR computer -- I think it's about to break for good as some motherboard problems keep arising. So if you don't see me online it may be because of that.
