Lone Ranger Question
Hello:
I read "somewhere" the year that the Lone Ranger episodes went to 25 minutes. It mentioned trying to get more ad revenue? I think the date was in the article, but now I cannot find it again. Does anyone know when the show went to 25 minutes? It happened sometime in 1953.
I am collecting episodes and if someone trades me a 29 minute show, it is most likely not one of the 25 minute shows but the original episode that most likely aired sometimes years before.
Thanks for any assistance!

Re: Lone Ranger Question
It would make a difference if they were from "Special Recordings". These were 30 minute shows edited to 25 minutes so there was time for the news.
