RE FBIiP&W I had posted the series a while ago on CC -- I have many of these new shows in great sound -- and they will be part of an OTRR release, someday (I've submitted the series twice in the last three years!)

So when the new site is ready, do I have any volunteer co-conspirators to help me post the series?

Got the bad news today that OTRR could not compile a satisfactory set of The Thin Man -- which I find to be somewhat shocking -- since I know good shows are out there... but just not in one place. Is there any interest in compiling a set as best we can? There are very few circulating shows.

Hey Jeff, you old Ghem of a Rat you... Most of my OTR collection went pffttt... some time back and I find myself in serious need of an Andrews Sisters fix. So... ummm... watcha got??? Not demandindin' instant gratification mind you... but hopeful... very hopeful...

And by the way... when is The Whale Room gonna make an appearance? Cuz when it's time to jump, we need some jive...

Let's fire up the Victrola, Space. I'll gather together all the Andrews Sisters I can find (aren't there four of them?) and start construction on the Jump Jivin' Whale Room II (The Sequel) as soon as I can.

Stay tuned for all that jazz.

CHRISTMAS CAROLing -

Some of you folks may know that I've written a book on the subject -

- and I have many productions to trade. Always looking for truly rare ones that I don't have (esp. the less common Lionel Barrymore, Basil Rathbone, and Edmund Gwenn ones), or HQ upgrades.

What have you?

Best,

Any page with posts by Theo on it is a page I want to post on myself. And so that's what I'm doing.

Sigh. Thinking of you, good sir.

Some newly minted Cobaltians may not know who Theo was, but he was a good and loyal citizen who was generous to the group. He has since passed away, but his generosity and support was well known in all the halls and rooms of the Club. Hail Cobaltia! Hail Theo!

I don't think I knew Theo; but with the various names folks use at different sites, it's hard to be sure...

Condolences to those who knew him.

His mediafire links are still active here. Some interesting items still available.

I remember his generous site at Multiply.

Guys, I'm looking for a resource, not an upload project for someone to undertake. I lost most of my OTR collection some time back, due to a hard drive failure. Most of my backup disks are old and I know that there have been new discoveries and upgrades since I made those backups.

I would love to get the most current collection of Lux Radio Theatre. Does anyone have this collection available online some place?

I can fill in with upgrades if you get that -- and can start posting them here once I am done with Suspense if you like
