Mercury Theater on the Air
The 7/11/1938 episode is in the request thread. Here's another pretty good sounding encode of Episode #2.

Here's 1938-07-28 A Tale of Two Cities.
I didn't notice a great difference when I compared this to the commonly circulating mp3 (although this is encoded at 96kbps) but I will say that the speed is corrected. The more common ones I had all ran at a touch over 57 minutes.

Glad folks are enjoying these. Here's another.
1938-08-01 - The 39 Steps

Speed was corrected. The common encode runs over 62 minutes. The sound quality of this is much, much better. Generally I'll pull two or three different versions to make sure that the one that I think is better really is. This was no contest.

I have three copies of the 1938-08-08 show. The best one is probably a VG, but the running time is closer to what it should be. Should I upload this, even though it's only a minor upgrade?

The version of 1938-08-08 I'm A Fool, My Little Boy, Open Window that I have runs a tad over 58 minutes. The closing was abruptly cut which easily accounts for the shortage. Very listenable but scratchy

This runs a little longer, but clipped just the same. I'm posting it anyway for comparison sake.

Thanks for sharing this. I suspect my nicer episodes are from the Radio Archives set.
