Trading in FLAC
I'm really interested in trading FLAC files. To get us started, I'll post four shows. If you have any high quality FLAC files, share them here.

Re: Trading in FLAC
I will post as soon as I can. I'm new here and I understand that there is a one week period of time before I can post links. I understand this policy completely. I have about 30,000 flac files up on my pCloud account now.

Hey Wryter,
Are these from your personal collection? It sounded very impressive when you were describing it when we met at Perkins!

Re: Trading in FLAC
I can post a few later this week- I am really looking for really good-sounding FLAC copies of horror and drama shows (i.e. Inner Sanctum/Mysterious Traveler/Sealed Book, etc etc)... also X-1 and Escape. I do have a lot of these but quality-wise are hit and miss.

Re: Trading in FLAC
They aren’t from my personal collection. I haven’t had time to look through that yet. I am part of several purchasing groups, and was looking to maximize my investment by doing a few trades. I don’t want to let out out a lot of what I have purchased, but thought this might be a good idea.

Re: Trading in FLAC
Here are 8 episodes of The Abbott and Costello Show in FLAC format for those who might be interested. From what I have seen these are not in circulation on the web on the usual OTR sites.

Re: Trading in FLAC
Here are two episodes of The Mel Blanc Show in FLAC format.

Mel Blanc Show 47-02-04 Earning Mr. Colby's Approval

Mel Blanc Show 47-03-18 Cousin Dottie Visits
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
I wondered why the episodes for this series ran 24 or 25 minutes each, (I haven't heard many) as it turned out it's because they were followed by 5 minutes of CBS news before the top of the hour. I found this out by looking at the New York Times radio log.
By the way, for the benefit of some of our newer Cobaltians that may be newer to OTR and may not know about it, here is where many of us OTR fans look for information sometimes about OTR series. It's at the link below - JJ's radio logs:

Re: Trading in FLAC
If you have the mp3 of The Mel Blanc Show 47-02-04 from OTRR Library you will notice that it only runs 22 minutes. This is because the mid-show song by The Sportsmen ("It's A Good Day") has been edited out. The above FLAC file has the song in it as it should.

How long are these links good for? Some of them, like the one for the Abbott and Costello Shows, have been deleted.

I'm curious if anyone has Magic Island or the first circulating ILAM (Roxy Mob ep 3) in FLAC formats?

This section of Cobaltlandia gets surprisingly little traffic. Can we create a traffic jam?

I think this date should be September 19, 1957. Unit 99 wasn't on in 1958.

My shows go through to June 13, 1958. So does Jerry Haendiges' log.
