Lum N Abner

I just posted a question about Lum 'n' Abner, but I can't find it. Well, I never really figured out how to use your board when I visited more frequently, but I thought that I show answer the question I just raised. Lum 'n' Abner's secondary show was called, "'Lum 'n' Abner Friday Night Sociable", and the particular show I was interested in was on November 17, 1933.

As far as I know the Friday Night Sociable was a weekly special program of the regular show.

If true, that's very useful information. It caught me while I was just getting back to an OTR project that I started months ago, but as soon as I finish with it,I'll be getting back to L&A.

I'm curious about how many shows are in general circulation. With the help of otrhead I've cobbled together 1,669 files at 20.3 GB. They are not the best sounding but I just like to hear them all. Again. And again. Does that sound about right to Lum and Abner enthusiasts?

I know this is an old thread but if there are some good to high quality Lum and Abner out there I sure would like to hear a few...
