This is from AFRTS archive - an episode of Chiquita. Goldin lists four of them but not this one which is my first one. It sounds like the First Song is Rumba Tomba, but I am not confident enough in the spelling to put that in the filename, so if someone in the know would please correct me if that is wrong.

I found a few more episodes of Broadway in Review.  I had all of them as mp3's, but wanted to upgrade to flac.  There were pictures of the transcription discs for all of these so what I don't understand is why some of them seem to have a more complete show open than others.

Harold Sanford was an NBC conductor when the network first went on the air in 1926. Jessica Dragonette, Graham McNamee (announcer), Lenox Lohr (President of NBC), Orrin Dunlap (Radio Editor, The New York Times), Harold Sanford (conductor), The NBC Orchestra.

From Goldin: "Mr. Peabody and The Mermaid". August 11, 1948. .Syndication. Baron Munchausen tells about the mermaid he met at Coney Island. The Baron has just finished a movie titled, "Mr. Peabody and The Mermaid." There is no mention of Jack Pearl in the film's credits (could "The Baron" possibly be lying?) These are two programs promoting the Universal-International movie. Each program consists of Jack Pearl (as "The Baron") talking things over with Nunnally Johnson. Johnson was the screen writer and producer of the film. The date above is the release date of the picture, in the U,S. These promotional recordings were obviously made before the film was premiered.
