Indeed Gathol. I was happy to hear yesterday that even Alberta (where I am) was sending down firefighting helicopters to assist. By coincidence, I was chatting with a lady yesterday, whose brother-in-law's family home was ok but everything else on the block was destroyed.

Despite the recent rhetoric/bluster by incoming presidents, Canadians think of regular Americans as brothers and sisters. We may not want to live in the same house but we are there for each other when help is required.

Speaking of Oboler (but actully pre-Oboler!), does anyone have a WAV/FLAC of the early Lights Out episode 1935-04-17 A Room For The Night?? I have a very poor artifacted mp3 and would love to find a better copy... this is what I have which I tried to clean up a bit to make it listenable as the original mp3 was much worse...

Goldin's entry and the AFRTS archive differed on the spelling of the reporters name. I went with the archive spelling. I guessed they probably had a better idea of how it was spelled. To me, it sounds like he himself says Edward N Fernandez at the beginning of the episode.

Looking for Pursuit 1951-07-31 Pursuit Of The Lonely Heart. I have a bad low encode mp3 AFRS recording. This script was re-used on Suspense in 1956. That surviving copy has sound problems as well.
