Seven Day Wait For New Members Empty Seven Day Wait For New Members

Folk's, I've suspended the seven day wait period, for new members to add links to their posts. This is due to so many existing members for The Cobalt Club registering here for the first time. I don't want anyone to have to wait, to join the party. The Seven day period will go back into effect in seven days.

I'd rather fight spammers, than make long term members have to wait.
