What a good time for Jonathan Thomas. It's hard to remember that Christmas 1938 was the last somewhat normal one for years. Hopefully, Covid doesn't last as long as WW II.

People are starting to panic again. Yesterday in the parking lot at Walmart I saw a man and woman come out with two shopping carts full of nothing but toilet paper. They loaded it into an SUV already full of Toilet Paper.

Sorry to hear about the panic and hoarding starting again down there. That toilet paper thing started originally in Australia where they do indeed, have to get their TP from China. They were concerned initially about imports being shut down. No shortage in the US and Canada since we make all our own. If anything, it just makes more money for them as it drives up prices.

You sure started me down a rabbit hold today Tom. I started to listen to Ghost and Mrs Muir as I remembered liking the TV show as a kid. On a random whim, I paused and looked up the movie, watched it this morning and then also did the premiere episode of the TV series. Returning to Lux, I decided to not finish it as Boyer's accent just didn't cut it as the captain for me after seeing the other two.

Thanks for making it an interesting day.

Off to Bakersfield to pick up prescriptions, and of course shopping. California shut down again as of midnight last night. Don't know how much shopping we can do.
