Strange Interlude: I know it best from Groucho Marx in Animal Crackers (or maybe Cocoanuts). With the usual chaos breaking out, Groucho would walk upstage next to a curtain and mysteriously intone some semi-mystical fluff in a deep, resonant voice. He'd pause and slowly pace backwards and rejoin the chaos, already in progress.

I'll give this a try, but O'Neill, like Neil Young, is an artist I respect more than I enjoy.

Like last time, these mostly consist of World Series games and All Star games, but unlike last time, there are some complete World Series sets from 1945, 1948, and 1949, which have all of the recordings extant with no missing games. There's also a tribute to Babe Ruth in there from after he passed in 1948, and a special All-Star game from 1942 between the American League all stars and all stars from the Army and Navy):

I'm looking for something more unusual - I don't think many of these are in circulation, and I don't expect many to be found, but if anybody has these, I'm looking for some "air trailers"/radio movie previews, mostly from M-G-M's "Leo Is On The Air" series or Paramount's "Hollywood Is On The Air" series. I looked around and didn't find anything from that run. The closest thing I found that might be of interest is a an interview with Orson Welles and H.G. Wells from 10/07/1940:
