Sorry to cause any worries. I've been in a lot of pain from the arthritis and haven't slept well the last couple of nights. Started physical therapy today so hopefully I'll get some rest tonight.

Tom, you may know this already but my neighbour suffers from Arthritis he swears by castor oil rubbed into his joints then cover to warm. Says it does wonders. And he is not prone to exaggeration.

Believe it or not, we get Mexican patients at the hospital I work at that spray WD-40 on their joints for relief. Problem is, its flammable....

Glad to hear you got some sleep finally Tom. A good night's rest can make a world of difference.

I'm not sure if you can get it down there but there are some creams now with CBD oil in them. We got some for my mom who also suffers from arthritis and it has helped her a lot with the pain. She's back to golfing a couple of times a week now.

Originally, my doctor prescribed a medication (meloxicam) which kept me almost pain free. Big problem though, it put my kidneys into third stage failure, so I had to stop it. There always seems to be some complication floating around somewhere.

We'll see how the physical therapy and new medicine works out.
