This is one of two network versions, probably East and West, but we don’t know which. This one says just after the 9 minute mark “...between the acts of Suspense...” while the other says “...Here’s a suggestion from...” This was the period when the Roma ads featured ideas from famous party expert Elsa Maxwell.

This is a west coast performance because it does not mention The FBI in Peace and War at the end of the show. For a few weeks, east coast performances say "stay tuned for FBIiP&W" at the end. Because FBIiP&W was performed only once, the west coast heard the program hours before they got their very own Suspense broadcast. The closing announcements were adjusted accordingly. The short-lived Suspense Magazine got a plug in this one. So far it seems that these announcements began at the end of October 1946 through April 1947. I can use help of some Cobaltian volunteer to check recordings from this era to see if we have some undocumented east and west recordings in the archive.

About 8 1/2 seconds of your previous version were copied, removed the clicks and adjusted the gain of the lead in only to come up with this more complete.......
