Re: Old Time Radio Show Requests
There are a few episodes of Manhunt (ZIV syndicated series) that are supposed to be available
The Clue of the Curious 'Q'
The Clue of the Honeymoon Homicide
The Clue of The Solitary Cell
Clue of the Accidental Drowning
Anybody have 'em?

I've got fifteen episodes of the series, Geez, but none of those you mentioned. Sorry.

Thanks for checking old friend. When I had 14 of them I thought I had them all. Then the other day I stumbled across the 15th. That's when I found out about these other 4

Re: Old Time Radio Show Requests
I'm looking for complete versions of a couple Mr President programs
Mr President 1950-09-24 Null And Void ................the ones I've found only run for a few seconds
Mr President 1949-10-02 Theodore Roosevelt ............mine only runs around 15 minutes.
Also, Otter lists as couple as available that I can't find at all
49/01/30 84 Abraham Lincoln
51/02/28 193 John Adams
possibly mis-identified, possibly existing but not circulating Does anyone have them?

I've got a metric ton of these shows, Geez, but again, I'm coming up empty for you. I feel so inadequate. . . .

Geezer, for what it's worth, Haendiges and Digital Deli both list that date as TITLE UNKNOWN, and Goldin has no info at all on it.

Does anyone have Green Hornet "There Was a Crooked Man" 390406 (sometimes incorrectly seen as 390523).
Note story is about Kester fixing a horse race and does NOT deal with prosecutor James Conway smashing a gambling racket.

Re: Old Time Radio Show Requests
Okay, Skypilots, I need some help.
I've been able to find eight episodes of *Sky King* but Golding lists ten, and the two I'm missing are:
Sky King. ABC net. Sponsored by: Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Derby Tamales. The secret of the "River Of Fire" turns out to be hidden oil tanks. Jim and Barney are to be sacrificed to the sun god. Don't miss the henchman of Dr. Shade stealing Peter Lorre's accent shamelessly. Mike Wallace (announcer). 14:29. Audio condition: Excellent. Complete.
and
Sky King. November 2, 1947. ABC net. "Mountain Detour". Sponsored by: Peter Pan Peanut Butter ("Signal Scope" premium). There's mayhem during the cross-country motorcycle race from Alpine to Phoenix. Mike Wallace (announcer), Johnny Coons, Beryl Vaughn, Roy Engel. 15:52. Audio condition: Very good. Incomplete.
I'm pretty sure I had "Mountain Detour" at some time but can't find it. Can anyone help me out? As an incentive I'll try posting some kewl jazz at the Whale Room.
Thanks.
Jeff

Re: Old Time Radio Show Requests
I think I have Sky King. November 2, 1947. ABC net. "Mountain Detour
The date on mine is different but it sounds like it matches up on all the other points, sponsor, premium, announcer, plot. Sound isn't very good. I had to adjust the speed quite a bit ( still sounds a bit slow to me) and I took a shot at reducing the background noise a little to make it more listenable
