We are getting heavy, heavy snow right now. It's a good thing we need it but it is late in the season for rain, let alone snow.

Toebig, I think this is the month that I was planning to take that scenic drive you talked about last spring. Looks like it ain't gonna happen.

Hi lasombra, I was just thinking the same thing. After this last rain and snow and now ten days of sunny warm weather the wild flower display will be beautiful. We have to go to Bakersfield on Monday for Carolyn's cardiologist appointment unless they cancel it. I'll let you know how the canyon looks.

I can't believe I slept until almost 7:30 today. Of course, I didn't get to bed until about 6 PM, that's only 13.5 hours sleep. Just kidding. I probably got to bed around 11 PM.

My wife says there's 2 things she hates about me 1. Not listening 2. Hmm I don't know what she said next actually.

We were out working in our garden when my husband got stung by a bee. He's in the ER now....face all swollen and bruised. He was lucky I was close enough to swat that bee with my shovel.
