Contemporary newspapers show "Color Scheme" as the show of November 29, and "Voice on the Wire" as November 22. The Otter database also has this info. Here is the New York Times for the 22nd:

Martin Grams used the scripts of the episodes to document which shows were broadcast when. Newspapers printed what was sent to them by the broadcasters but sometimes there were substitutions made after the press releases were sent out.
According to the book Inner Sanctum Mysteries by Martin Grams,
press releases were sent to newspapers that Voice on the Wire would be aired on Nov. 22. however Mary Astor was not available and the episode "The Living Dead" aired on Nov. 22
On Nov. 29, Mary Astor was still not available but "The Voice on the Wire" was aired. "The Color Blind Formula" was pushed off until Dec. 6, 1944.
Newspapers are a good resource, but were not always right due to changes made by the programs.
