This isn't an excerpt, it's the entire show! It was on Mutual in 1952 from 4:55 to 5:00 p.m.

American Music Festival. January 15, 1945. WNYC, New York City. "Concerto For Trombone and Orchestra". The recording contains the 2nd and 3rd movements of, "Concerto For Trombone and Orchestra" (Nathaniel Shilkret). The bobby soxers in attendance are warned to be quiet or the concert will cancelled. The announcer blames the noise on the "jungle-born native instincts" of the young listeners. The The New York Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra Orchestra, Leopold Stokowski (conductor), Tommy Dorsey (trombone).
Goldin's date is questionable Because the Music festival went from 2/12 to2/22 in 1945 and most years.
If it's from the Festival its 2/15
