Can you date this one, BobbyP?

It's Henry Hall's Guest Night, BBC, 1950.10.23.

Thanks for the correction, Egg_Crisis. Do you know if there are any more of these around?

Hollywood Mardi Gras. November 17, 1937. NBC net, WEAF, New York aircheck. Packard. The show is also known as, "The Starlit Roof." The first tune is, "Laugh Your Way To Life." Charlie chats with "Polly," his parrot. The parrot does imitations! The first 3 winners of the Packard contest are announced. They wrote the best 25-words-or-less entries, "The one thing I like best about the new Packard." Guest Eddie Cantor appears with imitator(s) of Jimmy Wallington, Rubinoff, Parkyakarkus and Bobby Breen. Ten-year-old Terry Kilburn does a heartbreaking recitation about a boy and his dead dog. Charlie Butterworth does another, "Readings from the diary of a genius." He sounds like W.C. Fields and even the routine is about a barbershop. Eddie Cantor does a short version of his recitation, "Jokes! Jokes!" and a nice version of, "My Baby Just Cares For Me.". Ruby Mercer, Raymond Paige and His Orchestra, Lanny Ross, Charles Butterworth (m.c.), Don Wilson (announcer), Betty Jane Rhodes, Eddie Cantor, Terry Kilburn.

This one should be dated November 16, 1937.

None of these dates are correct. The show was broadcast Monday through Friday. June 19, 1939 was a Monday. The next show was on Thursday.
September 16, 1939 was a Saturday. The next show was on Tuesday.
November 9, 1939 was a Thursday. The next show was on Monday.

I had a date of June 16 for his 9-16. That can't be correct either. Maybe the year is incorrect?
